My schedule is not showing when i add a new entry

Hello

I added a new choice PTO on the field "type" on the table cmn_schedule_span 
When I'm trying to add it from a record producer or my schedule nothing is shown on my schedule.

But when I go to my personal schedule the record is there and also on the "show schedule" related link

Any idea?
