My SCTask keeps showing the sysid of the RITM and not the actual ritm number

I have a field for the RITM that the sc task is a child of but it keeps showing the sysid and not the ritm number

Does this happen for all records in your sc_task table or only for sc_task records created from specific flows/workflows?
