My Work Option is not visible in the Agent Mobile App

Hi All,

 

The below option is visible in the DEV instance but its not showing in the Production. Please help me where i have to see this configuration.

Hi @ramesh_r ,

1. open your application in studio and go to Mobile studio>Application Menu> Mobile Agent.

2. under related list filter the My Work navigation tab and go to my work and make it active.

@ramesh_r Hi! 

Make sure your Workspace has Available as one of the states assigned.

Navigate to >Advanced work Assignment>Settings> Presence States> click on "Available"
