MyIdeas list are not visible for few users in Idea Portal

After Submitting an Idea on Idea portal, customer are not able to view their own Idea on 'My Ideas' tab. I have already provided role 'snc_external' to widgets. However as an admin I am able to see lists of Ideas created by me on 'My Idea' Tabs.

attachment #1. When Admin is viewing their own Idea.
attachment #2. When Customer with 'snc_external' role viewing their Idea.
Please provide me appropriate solutions to make Ideas visible for customer.

Hi @gagan12,
Are your ACL's allowing snc_external to read the idea records/content as well?
Help others to find a correct solution by marking the appropriate response as accepted solution and helpful.
