nav_to.do taking time to load when in Native UI

HI All,

My requirement was to redirect the user to native UI if the user is having role and if not then to Employee center portal. So I have used the concept of SPEntry page to do so and we are using nav_to.do for this redirection based on role.
But if the user is without any role, then it is not taking time to navigate to ESC portal, but if the user is with role then it's taking some 4-5 min to load that native UI Page.
How can we troubleshoot the issue.

If truly speaking there is no direct way to check this. 
please check any script / component making it ?

Is it happening with with user and one role like ITIL or other as well.
