Navigation menu is not loading

Hi All,
We have upgraded instance in Geneva patch 7. and UI 16 is activated. I am not able to see any module or application in navigation pane.
I tried with Admin user.
Please suggest possible solution.

We are seeing this in Helsinki P7 as well. Multiple UI issues, actually... Chats randomly do not appear in the Connect sidebar, Application menus not populating upon login, homepages not displaying. Often a browser refresh will kick something loose, but sometimes its a log out/in. Have been troubleshooting with SN for a while on this. Happens in multiple browsers, and can occur the first time that a user has loaded the site in that browser. I really dont think it's a cache issue in in the traditional sense. I am thinking something with Connect or Connect Support plugins... Its maddeningly frustrating to troubleshoot an issue that happens randomly like this...
