Need Assistance with Upgrading Developer Instance - "Refreshing Instance" trouble

Hi,

 

I'm currently working with a developer instance and I'm looking to upgrade it to Utah. However, the upgrade option is unavailable. Instead, I see a message saying "Refreshing Instance" for an extended period of time. Could you please provide me with alternative options to successfully complete the upgrade process?

Hi @Natalia_3era ,

 

There is no alternative solution. As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to ServiceNow, hence you're limited to below two options:

 

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time. When it's online you can upgrade. 
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation of the product you would like. Note that everything that is not backed up will be lost, and there is no possibility for restoring.
