Need confirmation on CAD exam fees

I have already paid fees for the CAD certification and enrolled in the CAD exam training. I have successfully complete that but I didn't get the voucher yet. As per ServiceNow agent we need to pay for course and exam separately. Is it correct or not ????????

Yes this is correct. Training and Certification need to be paid separately.
