Need help in the flow

Hello Team,

I have created a flow to remove access requests for leavers. However, the current behavior creates multiple catalog tasks for the same catalog item. Ideally, I want only one task per catalog item to remove access. For example, if a user has 5 ServiceNow access requests and leaves the company, there should be just one task generated to remove all ServiceNow access.

@Ankur Bawiskar :However, I want the catalog task to be assigned based on the support group of each item. How can we handle this scenario?

in this case since each item will have different support group then how it will be handled when 1 catalog task is created?

@AparnaUttaG What are you doing at step no 12 for each requested item record?

@SANDEEP28 : Step 12 was created to ensure the RITM is closed once all tasks are completed.
