Hello,
I have a requirement to convert the Project Status report to PDF and email to the Project stakeholders. Has anyone done this before?

Hi @MonikaK ,
ServiceNow already supports exporting reports to PDF and emailing them automatically via Scheduled Reports/Report Subscriptions. You can run a report, then use the Sharing > Export to PDF option to manually save the PDF. To automate distribution, there’s OOTB Scheduled Reports or Report PDFs, there you need to schedule the report, format as PDF, and send via email to stakeholders.
If you need something more customized (for example generating PDFs on demand, attaching to custom emails, embedding layouts, etc....) you will have to go with some custom solution..
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’. This helps other community members find the right answer more easily and supports the community.
