Need help with a report for open RITM with all closed tasks

Hi Team,

Can somebody help creating a report to fetch the open RITMs with all their respective tasks being closed? I saw number of solutions here already, but they don't seem to work.

 And if not possible through sc_req_item table, is there way to achieve this using sc_task table?

with report_admin role you should be able to configure it easily

what's the limitation you are talking about?

Create Report on sc_req_item table

Give Condition as State [IS] Open

Then you can use Related List Conditions for Catalog Task and Select the state
