Hello,
I’m currently applying for an internship opportunity with a ServiceNow partner company. During the form fill-up, it asks for an email to verify my ServiceNow certificate.
However, I registered on ServiceNow University using my college email ID, and for the exam, I used a different email ID. When I try to search for the registered certification mail, no result appears, as it specifically asks for the university email.
Could someone please guide me on what I should do in this situation?
Thank you

Hi @RaghunathG,
first of all, don't share your personal details more than really necessary. This is a public site and it's uneccessary to share it, you can just say my college email or to hide it in your screenshots... there's no difference if the email is example@test.org or collegeABC@school.com 😉 be careful about your personal data.
The certs are linked to the email/profile and if you use more than one, you will need to merge them:
https://profile.servicenow.com/now/cuam/user-profile-detail/myProfile/NL
If you would need assistance, then navigate to the University and there's help centre in the top, from there you can create a case for assistance. I guess nobody will be able to help you but them.
https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home
(on the right side, there's create case button)
Good luck and let me know if you managed to achieve it

Hi @RaghunathG
It’s a strange issue. Generally, we are able to validate the certificates using the email ID. If none of the email IDs are working for you, it’s better to log a Now Learning case with the team.
