Need Help with Service Portal Search Data

Hi All,

When a user performs a service portal search, we would like to pull the sys_id of the page opened by the user from the listed search results.

I have tried checking ‘sys_search_event’ & ‘sys_search_source_event’ tables but am unable to dot-walk to the proper field.

Please revert if anyone has knowledge on this.

Hi @mounika55

You mean you want to show sysid?

The requirement is to perform the clustering analysis on this search data for each business unit separately.

If we can identify the exact page suggested, then we will be able to categorize that for each business (like HR, Finance etc.)
