Need suggestion it is possible create change request state to "Scheduled"

Hi Folks,

I got the requirement in a scheduled job that when a change request is created that time state should be "Scheduled", I tried using an object.state=database value of "Scheduled", but no luck

-Always change is created stated is "New"

Have any suggestions or am I missing anything ? please assist.

Yes mate, use change model. 

In change model you can start change from any state.

This should apply only for specific integration change requests, and these records will be created through scheduled jobs & I need to state should be scheduled.

I say, use Flow designer and you can use this model in same.
