Need to add an attachment to the request

Hello,

 

Need to add an file that we have received from the existing Box integration to the sc_request attachment and then that should be copied to the case.

Can you anyone help me & share your insights

if it's not required during form submission then I already suggested the approach

You can use after insert business rule and consume the BOX endpoint and bring the file and attach to RITM
