Need to change theme color for text and hyperlink

Hi Everyone,
We have esc portal where when we open any catalog item form, the drop down text are showing in white color which poorly visible also hyper link showing in dark blue and not visible, please see screenshot, How to fix this?

I would encourage you to install the Theme Builder plugin from the Store. This will allow you to make customizations easier.
