Need to download and reattach predefined excel attachment in the record produced through a variable

Hi,

I need to configure a variable which will have an predefined excel attachment and fill the data in it and reattach through the attachment option in record producer variables.

I have also checked we can use macro variable type but unfortunately it was not available on the variable type.

can someone help me is there any other way to do this.

You can use rich text field and add attachment there, for upload you can either use OOB icon or use variable of type 'Attachment'.

I have tried this but when i click on the link(the attachment link i have provided) it was redirecting me the the navpage.do

Hi ,

I have tried giving the attachment link from ' /sys_attachment.do?sys_is= ' and also given the open link as new window (_blank) and it worked.
