Not able to get KB article for HR

Hello,

 

VA returning only IT KB Articles. why contextual search is not returning HR KB Articles for me.

Virtual agent returning KB articles for IT and HR on DEV and Test instance successfully but not on Prod Instance.

 

Anyone please help me in this issue.

Hi there,

 

Any read restrictions in place which maybe different between your instances? Is your contextual search configuration also identical between the instances or perhaps some differences?

What can you share with us?
