Regarding Field Service management

Regarding Field service Management

Hi Team,

1. I have created one Work Order using one template having  P6 - 7 Days SLA.

2. under that one work order task has created With  P6 - 7 Days SLA(as per our customization)

3. Manually i have created one work order task(not having any priority and SLA ) to the  same parent Work Order having  P6 - 7 Days SLA.

4.Once this manually created task state is Closed Complete. Previous work order task having P6 - 7 Days SLA should extend to 3 months from date of Manually added task state is closed complete.

How to Achieve this.

Hi, perhaps you could use workflow script or   BR to update the 'due_date' of your Work order when your manual task is closed and use an SLA duration type of 'Breach on due date'
I think anything else could require multiple SLA definitions, and potentially considerable customization.

Hi Tony,

I'm Work order  level not having any SLA, only in the Work order task level we configured SLA as per requirement.

And manual created work order task is not having SLA and priority and we don't know that when they going to create this task under WO and when this task will be closed.

Hi, I would think my previous comments would still be relevant, but just for your task table.
SLA's are run against specific tasks for specific conditions based on the fields of that task, so you would need to update the task you want the SLA to run against, so that there is some field values\changes the SLA trigger conditions can be mapped too.
