Procedure on how to add a button in a catalog item inside a service catalog

Hi,

We are working on putting a button on a service catalog item as shown below:

We like to add a Submit and Cancel button on the area with red circle. we tried different scripts but still not showing. We ask for some assistance on how to add.

For the one with a yellow circle, we want to remove those buttons. We ask for assistance and guide also on how to remove.

Hi @donalyn 

To add Submit button, Change the Request method to submit in your Catalog item. 

To remove the things on red circle, Update the portal setting on your respective catalog item. Refer the image;

Thanks for your reply but the above suggestions didn't work on both area.

Do you have other procedures or idea on my query? Thanks
