Need to hide the create a problem task dailog box in service operational workspace

replace the instance name with yours.

Once the action assignment is open, replace the Specify client action to "Create New", sysid- 14966265532333003eddddeeff7b12e3.

Once done, save it and refresh your workspace. click on the New button, it won't show you the popup and directly open the new record form.

@SANDEEP28 when i click on new button for creating a new problem task in service operational workspcae i am getting dailoag box to select the type of problem task .. we don't need type of problem tasks we have to open problem task directly when i click on new button..so we need to remove the dailoag box.

From where you want to create a new problem task. Where is the new button present, on releated list or on list?
