Need to hide the create a problem task dailog box in service operational workspace

replace the instance name with yours.

Once the action assignment is open, replace the Specify client action to "Create New", sysid- 14966265532333003eddddeeff7b12e3.

Once done, save it and refresh your workspace. click on the New button, it won't show you the popup and directly open the new record form.

This didn't work. I updated the 'Specify client action' field with the value defined above, and now I'm getting a complete blank modal popup. It looks like it's redirecting to the Problem Task, but the popup still occurs.
