Need to Integrate Webex teams with ServiceNow

Need to Integrate Webex teams with ServiceNow so when someone submits an "Additional Comment" on any "Incident", the "Assigned to" will get a notification in their Webex teams chat.

Not sure where to begin at all???

If you have integration hub then you can use OOB spoke

Do you happen to know what credentials should I use to connect to Cisco Webex Teams? We do not have an option to work with Cisco team to get the credentials.
