Need to know how to communicate between ServiceNow and Microsoft outlook calendar

In our incident form we have caller field which is reference field to 'sys_user' table.
When our ticket is awaiting callback then to know the callback time of user I want to communicate with that user's calendar to know the caller's availability.
Can anyone did this type of practice or can anyone guide me to achieve this type of functionality to implement,
