Need to move left side by default field HR service from case creation form

Hi All,
When I'm creating a case on case creation form HR service field is showing on right side by default I need to move HR service field to left side on case creation form.

I have checked in case creation configuration but its not available there its by default.

could you please suggest is it possible?

Hi RunaliP, 

Case Creation form is configured through UI Page (find case_creation in sys_ui_page table) with COE and HR service field have been fixed besides dynamic other fields. But it's protected by ServiceNow, so that I dont think you can modify it.

It's a UI page and you can't modify that because it's read only.

it comes from OOB "sn_hr_core_case_creation" UI page.

You cannot edit it as it's read-only, but you can create a copy of it and change the position

Then update the left nav module to point to your new UI page
