Need to open external pages from Service Portal

Hi,
I have a requirement like  
when the user search Microsoft products like outlook, teams, OneDrive etc., we need to show it in the results as a link and when a user click on that it will redirect to the Microsoft product page.

 

Ex. If I type outlook in service portal search bar it will show the external outlook product URL.
Can anyone help me how to achieve this.

@bhargavi143 You can make use of "Content Item - A content item is a service catalog item that provides information instead of goods or services." which links to the external sites

In the OOB, navigate to Service Catalog -> Catalog Definitions -> Content Items

 

Eg. Company Portal

Search results from homepage and on click it routes to the said site as per the configuration.  You can even add meta tags to the content item to identify it easily.

@bhargavi143  I assume the post was about knowing how to access external links on search in Service Portal.
