Need to promote incident link as a button in SOW

Hi,

In Service operational workspace we have promote major incident link but I want that promote major incident link as a button in same form in Service operational workspace. I checked checkbox in promote major incident UI Action but its not working. Is there any way to bring that promote major incident link as a button.

Can you please help me on this. It will help.

Hi @mania ,
Navigate to System Definition> UI Action and Open Promote Major Incident
Scroll Down to Workspace Section
1 Uncheck the Workspace Form Menu Checkbox

2. Check the Workspace Form Button and Format for Configurable Workspace Check Box

Am done that same process in Demote Major Incident button its worked. But I applied same process in Promote Major Incident but that is not working. Is there any alternative way if yes can you please help me.
