Need to put a more information annotation under or above Location field on Incident form

Hello All,

I want to put a annotation message or help information above or below of Location field in Incident form for the users to let them know if the current location is not their then they can reach out to IT Support to update their exact location.

This is how we can put in Record Producer but I want the same in Native Ui Incident form as well.

Can anyone help me out on this,

Thanks for your information. I have found one thing when I click on Create New Incident then the Onload message is not appearing on the form?

But when I open any existing Incident record, it is appearing? Can you please let me know as to why it is so?

Can you share your script and the screenshot of it as well. IDeally this should not happen and the script which I have shared above will work for both New and Existing Record.

I just tried it in my PDI for new records after clicking the Create New button for Incident. Please refer the screenshot below:

Also have you tried the annotation method which I have shared even that is working.

The Label Name and the Annotation did worked for me bt the Onload Client Script is still not working in my case.
