Need to remove COE field from the transfer case

Need to remove COE field from the transfer case in HR Configurable workspace. while transferring the case window will come need to remove the COE field from it

I won't recommend removing that although you can remove it from this UI page "Transfer Case"

but if you remove COE then how will you select the HR service?

In UI page "Transfer Case" it is for the HR core application, but if we want to remove for application "agent workspace for HR case management", need to use UI Builder.

that's correct.

For handling this you will have to identify the UI builder component and then make changes

But I will recommend not to touch the OOTB component.

Using COE is the ideal way to transfer the case.

For the Transfer case, we have to modify the "case" under "record" and need to hide the component. This is just for the information of the future readers.
