Need to remove COE field from the transfer case

Need to remove COE field from the transfer case in HR Configurable workspace. while transferring the case window will come need to remove the COE field from it

@Govind VARMA COE is a mandatory field on the form and you shouldn't remove this field. You will end up having issues in transfer case functionality.
