Need to remove OOTB Request Approved stage on RITM

When i raised request from 'General Request' catalog item, in RITM showing "Request Approved(Approved)" and "Completed(Pending-has not started)" stages. Please find attached screenshot.  I think both stages are OOTB stages came  from Service now(Please correct if i am wrong).  

1)Now i want to remove the  "Request Approved(Approved)" stage from RITM, this stage should not visible on RITM after request raised.

2) I want to "Completed(Pending-has not started)" stage should show only "Completed", this stage need to change to "Completed" instaed of "Completed(Pending-has not started)" after request raised.

Please suggest how to acchive these 2 steps on RITM.

Yes these are OOB? If your catalog has a flow associated with it, the stages can be removed from the flow.

Pls check if you have a flow attached to your catalog item.

Hi Raghav,

My catalog item having "workflow". Generaaly workflow contains both common REQ workflow "Service Catalog Request" and RITM workflow Right.

In which workflow i need to change(Req or RITM)

Also please suggest how to remove mentioned 2  stages from workflow clearly.

Open your workflow (RITM ), go to properties and under stages tab, remove the stages which are not required:

Please mark the answer correct/helpful accordingly.

I tried this before, But it is not working. After remove "request approved" stage from properties also still RITM showing  "request approved"
