Need to shoe approver name in ticket details page

Hi All,

I need to show the approver name of particular ticket in the below ticket details.

I think you need to create custom widget to show approver name. I don't think there are any oob configurations available for it.

you cannot include the approver name directly in the ticket page as no OOTB field is present on RITM table for this.

You can create a custom field and then add that field in Standard Ticket Config for sc_req_item

@Aswin Chandras1 OOB the view of this page is different but do a (ctrl + right-click) on the widget. Under "Instance options" if you see there is a option to add "Approver" then its possible without customisation.

Otherwise ,  this widget has to be customised to show approver details.
