Need to write inbound email action

I created resolve notification on finance table with "accept" and "reject" link using email template. Now when we click on the accept link case should be "Closed" and click on reject link, it should be moved to "open" state.

 

For these conditions how to write inbound email action and how to call it. Please someone help here.
