Nes feed creation in servicenow mobile agent applicaion from sales force

Hi All,

we have a requirement to get the information from sales force (text , images and videos) and display in the mobile view not in periportal view.

we are not able to get the images and video through API , but able to get the text but not in the same format. 

how we can achieve these use case ?

how are they sending the data? are they consuming any custom endpoint and sending the file?

How are you getting the text currently?

Also what do you mean by mobile view?

Also check if ServiceNow's mobile app supports video etc
