Hi,
Requrirement : We have to rebuild the from .NET application into Servicenow. For that I have to give estimated hours and number of resources for that project, when it will complete and other details....
.NET application ----- total around 80 .aspx pages and SQL server is having around 15 tables.
Could you please share the ppt or documents, to prepare the high level estimated hours and other details...
Please guide me which process is the best to go.. I mean I should I go Service Portal or Custom Application.
Thanks,
Pradeepa.

HI Pradeepa,
Your estimate is really going to be dependent on the complexity of the requirements. I recommend taking a look at each one of them and estimating based on the developer's skill.
My recommendation is to build the app using the standard forms and lists first to get the functionality working. If you later determine that you need a "consumer front end", you can look at Service Portal. Some of that functionality may be available in OOB widgets, and some many require custom widget development. Again, it's really down to the requirements.
