new button is not visible in SOW view

New button is not visible in Incident task but visible in Task SLA . any idea how to enable it.

Hi,

Open the list in normal view.

1) Right Click on header and select "Configure > List Control"

2) Un check "Omit New button" Check box

3) If "New Role" field has value, make sure the user accessing this has that role

i am unable to find List control . i tried filter navigator but was not able to find any thing on Lablel = New and table is incident / incident_task

Hi,

You will find List view, not from Form view

For your requirement you need to update the incident task table.

Goto incident_task.list and follow the instruction
