I can´t get the pop up (like below) to work for any of our HR analysts.
I´ve activated the desktop notifications under connect in the general settings for the users i´m testing with.
Pop up blocker is turned off on IE and also allowed on Chrome.
Has anyone sen any other reasons why this would be blocked or not working?
Could that be disabled anywhere else or is there any plugin that would block pop ups such as this in SNOW?

I´m informed this is a known issue in pre MADRID releases and has been fixed in MADRID.

thank you for your answer but this is not helpful... the screenshot on the link you sent is exactly what I am talking about: I do not have the same window settings...
please compare my screenshot to the one on your link.

Hi Nathalie,
I found a problem also with the way the browser settings I was using was set up by my companies IT guys at a regional level. Did you try to log in with different browsers to see if it works on any of them. Maybe on your non work laptop for example. If its working on the non work laptop then its not a snow issue.

Yes I tried on Chrome and IE, on my company PC and within Citrix (other company) same issue...
Also it was working just FINE till Monday. it was all good and 3 days ago just stopped working...
I did as much troubleshoot as possible, we are working in IT, we did check all we could...
Weird issue
Any other idea?
