New fields added to the for are not showing

Hi, I am a beginner and was following the training tracks using PDI(Personal Development Instance) on Washington DC instance. I added new fields to a form as per steps in below link. But these are not reflecting when I do Create New on the NeedIt App. I tried reloading the ServiceNow page, closed and reopened both ServiceNow and Studio tabs. Thanks Atul for the response.

In fact it started working after a few more logging out / logging in again , closing the browser and opening again. I guess it was some cache issue. I will post here again if I find some issue as I play with it again.
