New Filters on Employee Center Not Functioning

Hey everyone, a couple months ago our ServiceNow partner helped us build out some new filters we were wanting under "My Request" on the Employee Center. When we view our "Incidents I'm Watching" filter or "Request I'm Watching" users can see the widget view and open the record in the Employee Center view. However, if there are multiple in the list and they click "View All" they receive the an error that the page doesn't exist or they don't have permissions. This isn't just for users without the itil role. It is also happening for me as an admin. Where could I look at this to resolve the issue opening the list?

Thank you!

Change where it currently says "List page" and has a value of "ticket" and clear it. Scroll down to the save option and refresh the page.

This will restore it to the OOB list view option and avoid the error you're seeing

Hi,

When you click 'view all' you'll be directed to a page configured in the properties of the widget instance. To view this, as an admin user ctrl + right click on the widget and then select 'instance options.

If you screenshot a picture, we can help advise on what might be a skew.

@Kieran Anson thank you for your reply! I went to "view all" on one of the widgets and opened the instance options from the error page as instructed. This is what I am seeing. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Apologies, my sentence wasn't clear. The instance options needs to be taken from the simple list widget, before you select the view all option. Not from the page you're directed to.

Also, to aid, once you are directed to the invalid record page, can you copy and paste the URL here - redact your instance name from the URL

Hey Kieran, thank you again for your assistance. Below is the 'instance options' listed for our 'Incident's I'm Watching' simple list widget. I have also provided our URL once the error page is reached.
