I have tried to create a new report range on the Incident_SLA table. What I am trying to do is create a range on business_time_left, to say < 1hour, 1-2 hours 2-4 hours 4-8 hours then 1 day, 2 days etc.
This is to be able to manage SLA's proactively.
When I add a couple of ranges I get this error in the reports.
ERROR: Cannot generate the report. There are report ranges with duplicate labels configured, for table incident_sla, attribute taskslatable_business_time_left
There are the global range field active.
Is this because I haven't built a full range yet?
Ir si there a conflict between the gobal date range and this one?

If you have added a report range to a field in a table, then when you set the x axis to this field then the report will pick the range up automatically.
Take note.
That adding a report range to a field is a global setting and every report using that field will then pick up that range.

It looks like if I set one of the ranges up incorrectly (in my case the colour code was incorrect) then the whole range fails.
