New Service now notification layout is not rendering correctly in dektop outlook

I created a new layout which has header image and footer with some links. In the email logs, mobile application the email is rendered as expected but coming to desktop outlook header image is not rendering and also it is adding whites lines and white dots at footer. Can anyone help me out why it is happening? Is there anything am missing?

That will be because of the outlook version, Please update your outlook desktop application to the latest version. This will resolve the issue. At Times you can find a toggle "try new look" in your outlook at top right cornor
