New version of custom application is not available to be installed in target

Hello all,

 

In our instances we work with applications to do development and move it through the development pipeline.

We had one that it was committed and published but new version didn't appear in the target system, it appeared only to be open in studio, but new version to be installed didn't. Usually I do this through My Company Applications. 

 

I have seen in the past that a wrong number in the versioning might cause issues like this, in Dev we had 1.0.3 and in the target we had 1.0.0 (which I'm not sure if the developer forgot the next number and jumped into .3) I tried to play around with the version in both environments to see if this resolved it, but nothing. 

 

I was thinking even delete everything in the target and just do a fresh movement, but not sure if I will end up with everything messed up.
