Next Experience Notification and Generate a Report

Hi, i'm trying to configure a notification using Next Experience. The condition that i'm looking at is as per the below:

 

If a ticket with status reason Client Hold has not been updated within 10 days then those incidents will notify the consultants to provide an update. What condition should I have to apply to satisfy this requirement in the next experience notification in Servicenow?

 

Also, would like to generate a report of tickets that are under such conditions too. What should be the correct filter condition?
