No agent available on Agent chat

Hi all,

Recently I have enabled Agent chat In Dev Instance. I was trying to test it, so I have updated the status to 'available' on Agent chat and using incognito mode I tried using Agent chat but it says No agents available. Apart from enabling the plugin should I enable anything else? Attached screenshot for reference.

Hi @rin1 ,

On awa_queue record (awa_queue.do), under the Routing Condition section, check the "Define condition here" checkbox and leave everything blank.

And, make sure that the agent has the awa_agent and workspace_agent roles as well.
