No Agents available for Live Chat in Employee Center

I have HR and Employee Center installed on my PDI. I haven't changed anything from OOTB and trying to initiate a Live Chat session from Employee Center to an HR agent. I have set the HR Agent to available, however when I try to initial a live chat session it says "No agents are available".

 

Can someone provide assistance on how to get this working?

OOTB is not configured, you need to build eh configuration for the same.

I have confirmed the settings, however I am still not able to initate a live chat as it still shows no agents available.
