I have created a custom application , and also created a custom workspace for that application ,but when I am trying to create ticket for the users other than system admin role , its showing "no attachments available"(refer image) its not allowing me to attach an attachment . I have created two roles for this admin and agent and i have created read and write acls for agent role. Still I am not able to attach the attachment . what might be going wrong should I have to check something in sys_properties ?
