Post Australia family release upgrade (Patch 7), two (2) users only who have not been able to load their landing page. Eventually, sometimes, the PA dashboard will display after a long wait but the application and top menus never render. There is spinning activity showing in that space.
We have had a Hi case opened for 13 days with no resolution. We've removed user preferences, change home landing page dashboard and not results.
Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution?
