No Emails Received in ServiceNow

Hi, I'd love to help! I have the following task and I left it like this and it doesn't work for me, I would like to know what could be the problem and also how to check it:
As Snow Admins we need to know if emails stop getting to ServiceNow. 
Need to send to Snow admins groups 

Need to check every 15 minutes the sys_email to at least 1 received email, if not send an email

The problem is vague. Can you isolate what is working and what is not?

I was not sent the notification/event, I think the script included maby its not goo you can help me
