No getting option to create outage from change

Hello,
I am not getting an option to create outage from change any more in pprd. However I can see it in prod. I dont know where it went wrong . Can someone please help me out?

Please check is any ACL blocking you in Pprd?
or It can be any BR which is PRD but in pprd.

@Jaspreet7 On your pprd instance, please check the following points on the Create Outage UI Action.
1. Check if the Create Outage UI Action is active or not
2.Check if any condition string with role is defined on the condition field. If yes check if your user has that role. Also check if you are satisfying the conditions mentioned in the condition field or not.
3. Check if any roles are defined in the requires role section? and if your user has that role or not.
4. Lastly, check if any visibly rules are defined for any specific views and if you have chosen the right view which matches the visibility rule or not.
