No indication that another user is working on the same form

Hello.

Normally when there are 2 users that working on the same form there is indication for that (see attached picture).

However it suddenly disappeared.

How can I fix this?

Is this happening for 1 module or all modules.

- Try to modify the property once

- Save it

- Cache.do

Logout and login again

Also as suggested by expert @Idan Ben Yehuda browser can be a issue.

Its happening for all modules.

However there is some progress

I can see an indication that a field was edited,

But I still cant see who else is working on the same form.

Please check the record in user presence:

Also, try to do cache.do and logout and login and clear browser cache.

Very wired 😞 . I think there is nothing much to do now, may be

- ask other user to test 

- Try in another browser as well.
